Yeah, I have a feeling that the whole documentary thing isn't going to last

It's my least favorite part of the season and I think they can make it unravel in a fun way.

Agreed, it was interesting at first but it's dragging on and making the episodes choppy. they are making it way to obvious that the 3 of them live and survive. I have a feeling the people being interviewed are going to get killed off on camera. Other than that I love this season

I disliked it almost immediately :flop: I think what you think, the "real" people are probably gonna have the horror come back for them or the actors will start to die too. There's lots they can do, I'm trying to have faith lol

I have no problem with the documentary thing. I think it's cool and different. Who cares that they survive? Flora could die. The cops can die. The hillbillys could die. Angela's ex husband could die. There's a lot of characters (and more to come) that could die :emma: I don't think the main 3 need to die in order for the show to be interesting or scary. It already is. In fact, I think the interview portions are adding something really cool to the episodes: inner voices. Maybe it's because I'm a comic book fan, where it happens all the time, but I love hearing the character's inner voices. In a way it makes them more relatable.

Stoked to see what happens next. Still waiting for Evan.

I really enjoyed the part of the series with the interviews. It is fun and fresh for AHS in particular, and allows them to reference meta horror as was said up top. It also gives the characters extra depth, while making the things that happen a little less sure as far as truth and reality. I had in the back of my mind as well, that they may start unraveling the whole documentary thing, and it is gonna get messy...and already is scary AF...

I'm hoping they unravel the documentary parts. It doesn't really feel AHS to me at all, and it distracts from the jump scares. Like it gets awesome, then all of a sudden it cuts to dialogue.
