As long as Gaga is with Interscope, she is not indie.

Why would you even call her indie. First of all its called indie because its independent and its not trying to get mainstream. Just because Gaga incorporated into PI a sound that isnt mainstream doesnt make her indie. Also if PI was go to top 10 and other artist started doing that kind of music (lets face it, everybody tried to get a similar sound to Fame and Fame Monster when Gaga was on top) it stops being indie and becomes mainstream.
