Gagas record Label agreed to let her venture outside mainstream and let her experiment. However from a Corporate point of view, it does not make sense to spend a lot of money on something that is risky. Mainstram has a high chance if succeeding. Experiment MAY or MAY NOT catch on and be successful It would sound bad to say it publically so Gaga isnt likely to mention it. But most likely shes working on a smaller promo budget As a result TV promo/performances probably have to be reduced and they have to be more selective of what promotion they choose to do. The Gaga forums are not here so you can project your disappointment onto gaga on every single thread you visit though and that's exactly what you're doing.
