But its very possible that as part of the agreement they are giving her less promo budget A label wouldnt risk spending too much on something that is highly risky As a result, they may have to use promo budget wisely and carefully choose what stuff they will do promo in I dont know 100% that this is the reason but its a strong possibility Ive said over and over that refusal to give masses what they want and not caring about charts results in stuff like this. Promo and tv appearances we love get reduced But no one listens to me. They just like to say "music not the bling" as if commercial success is totally irrelevant. ITS NOT! For the music aspect maybe. Us Weekly leaked it. 2 - Gaga is being considered, and this whole thing is a scam by NFL & Us Weekly in cahoots to "leak" the news to observe the GP's reaction to Gaga as headliner before they commit.
