so is joanne a low budget project?

slay i guess

How is that low budget. They literally hired a crowd of people and had a recording scene in the middle of the desert:interestinga:

Take a quick glance at the people involved with the album, it's nowhere near low budget

Yass, Gaga/PI and Scream Queens together. If only she guest starred on the show.

Who's expecting high ratings for Scream Queens? I bet Ryan Murphy had to give head for that show to get a second season.

Mmmm i don't think this video will help PI's fate. :/ looks too basic

An extravagant video doesn't necessarily mean automatic chart success though! Look at Judas, Marry The Night, and G.U.Y. All extravagant, all underperformed.

There have been many artists that have released less than extravagant videos, but have found much success due to the videos.

Extravagancy has nothing to do with it. It's whether the video is well done and likable. That's what matters.

Judas didn't flop though?

Judas peaked at like #10 and then disappeared off the charts, no? Regardless, Judas marked the end of her constant chart success.

If I'm wrong, then my bad lol

But look at the latter two then.
