Who did say this ? the person who uploaded says it's from the mixtape, and they seem to be the source of the snippet. I might be wrong, but it would seem that way! There's quite a few different Lana releases in the pipeline aren't there.. there's a re-release of BTD featuring extra tracks coming this year (mentioned in NME by her manager I think) a mixtape and a re-release/re-recording of her original LDR album from 2010 - speaking of which, the same person who uploaded the Damn You snippet (and a full track called Dum Dum, which was taken down under copyright) also uploaded a new version of Driving In Cars With Boys, with a new vocal, called the "Final Version") Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

And the Damn You snippet was uploaded by them but they're not the source. :) Yeah the demo has been out for a long time - the "final version" they have has a new vocal (sounding much more like her BTD work) so I would say this is likely to appear on the mixtape / re-release of the original LDR album :) She isn't re releasing Born To Die. She wants to re release her real first album "Lizzy Grant AKA Nevada". In NME (I think it's an online article) her manager mentioned that she'd already begun writing/recording new tracks for the album re-release later on in the year.
