It's her body. If she loves it more this way, then so be it. Also, what you're calling "basic" just seems more minimalist to me. It's simple, clean, and beautiful, in my opinion. EDIT: It's so rare in pop music getting what we are--something raw, peeled-back, honest. Gaga put on a show, expressed herself through explosions and oddities.
