Do you think Hey Girl was meant for Adele?

Do you think Gaga had Adele in mind for Hey Girl? Wouldn't surprise me tbh.. since she was "looking for the perfect woman to sing it with her" and Mark Ronson had worked a lot with Adele.. but maybe her label said no?

Would you be here for a duett with Adele?

(I'm still very happy about Florence since she's a great musician and vocalist)

Of course not. The vocal range of Adele is nowhere near Florence's.

They both have 3 Octaves so that's a lie.

No, the lyrics are not meant for Adele. They're more suited for Florence.

i do believe Gaga and Adele originally had a collaboration planned for Adele’s album 25.

after 25's release and during interviews, when questioned about collabs, she mentioned there was an artist was she worked with and that she absolutely adored!
i remember she said that they were both “hanging out” and suggested perhaps to try and write together, but nothing was really happening in the session.

she said that she still really wants to work with this artist, but isn’t sure when it’ll take flight.

Hey Girl probably could of worked, but i see them writing a song together like 'Water Under The Bridge' or the Ronson produced exclusive track, 'Lay Me Down'.

I agree with you. But I'd say that the main problem is not Adele's range, but rather her entire ability as a singer. I think Gaga would completely outshine her; they're in entirely different leagues.
Now Florence, that's something I'd like to hear!

Oh, I'm just visiting-

Personally I like Florence's voice much better cause it's so unique and powerful. Hyped for this collab. :excited2:

Take my hand. Stay, Joanne.

they were in fact doing both of these things.
Gaga said on Twitter that this photo was the first time she heard Hello.

but, i'm just saying that Adele publicly said that she was writing with another artist, but things didn't work out.
could be anyone, but Gaga seemed like a plausible option; just adding to the discussion.

How many Olives does Gaga have?

It says 3 octaves here. There's tonnes of videos on Youtube that showcase Gaga's vocal range. :)

Take my hand. Stay, Joanne.
