iMonster 1,037
Lately around the boards (I know I shouldn't even voice this but....) I've been seeing people saying "Yes! I'm happy for Gaga talking about stuff I can relate to" or "She's not talking about fame, money & drugs so it's the real her" - I'm paraphrasing but you guys know what I mean. I'd really like to know the infatuation with Gaga becoming "real" all of a sudden. Did I miss the memo? Was she not real 'enough' when she cried during Speechless for her Dad. Or what about when she sang about having sex in the dark, was that not real 'enough'? All of her music has been autobiographical because she's always related it to her. Even. Single. Era. I'm trying to wrap my mind around this logic a lot of people here seem to have about this era and Gaga as an artist in general. Listen to her older material. Let Love Down, No Floods, Future Love - THATS the Gaga I feel we're about to get again and that'll make me proud too. (Gaga seriously release Wonderful and stop playing games ) Why do some of you want Gaga to dim apart of herself to become more "relatable". It's evident she's a human. She needs the same oxygen as everyone - I don't need her to tell me she's "just like me" I know that (lol). I want the fantasy. I want to deep synths with powerful lyrics she's known for. Stop making my girl a basic with this foolish accusations. Friendly discussion! What are your thoughts?
Red 98,107
If you think Gaga isn't relatable you probably never bothered to listen to the album Born This Way If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

REALITY 77,134
It's not that we see Gaga has some sort of fake persona. I doubt anyone here—or at the very least there are very few people here—who think that Gaga may be some sort of fake person. We're speaking from an objective standpoint. Gaga's said that this album will deal with far more personal experiences, personal stories. Gaga's getting more personal, more "real". "Real" meaning that she's opening about herself more with this album. 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔪𝔲𝔰𝔦𝔠'𝔰 𝔤𝔬𝔫𝔫𝔞 𝔟𝔯𝔦𝔫𝔤 𝔪𝔢 𝔟𝔞𝔠𝔨 𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔪 𝔡𝔢𝔞𝔱𝔥
VANTABLACK 7,793
We all know she's been real , otherwise I wouldn't be a fan .(at least I do) Every album has been 100% her . And that's why I love her . But not everyone can see that . A lot of people think she is an illusion . And sometimes she is kind of an illusion to the public she's like a magician that can shape shift and form . Which I think is the art of show businesss . That's what made her a superstar because she was so good at doing that . But what makes it better is that she has solid talent if u take all the illusion that away there is still a star underneath . That's what I feel Gaga wants to show with lg5 she is like everyone else she's not a "alien" in the Past Gaga used fantasy , imagery , methophors to express her pain . It was real but it was disguised in many chameleon forms because maybe she wasn't ready to let it all out raw . She's an artist she wanted to create these fantasies for the world and her fans that's what set her part from everyone else . But now I feel she wants to just let it out UNFILTERED . She's not showing a new side or stripped she's just talking a new perspective .shes older now she's not the same person she was at 23. That's a good thing . but now she is stronger and completely wants to open up like ever before . She's had so many new experiences , she's gotten time to spend so much time with her family and friends for the first time since she became famous . How can u expect her not to change and grow as a person . I can't wait to experience a more wiser Gaga this era
