I don't know what to think..,:awkney: I didn't mind the story and I thought the set was beautiful but I just couldn't get over the corny commentary throughout it. also, no beginning credits or even a subtitle?:oprah: idk what Ryan is thinking anymore

It was amazing. The whole idea, the documentary parts, and it's really coming off as creepy as it always should've been.

Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

The thing that bothered me the most is the absence of opening credits but I can live with that

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

Absolutely in love with this season and it's only episode 1. It's better not knowing anything that's going to happen. Holy crap I wanted something terrifying and I think Ryan finally did it again!

As others have said, the lack of the iconic theme song/opening credits, I'm not happy about. And the fact Gaga wasn't mentioned in the credits, yet others like Evan and Cheyenne were when they weren't even in the episode is kinda fishy. The commentary is cool, but after a while, I just want them to shut up and let the story fold out for us to figure out.

great episode though and I can't wait to see how this season plays out!

Really enjoyed it. The documentary part got to be a little much as the episode kept going, but I'll see how they play with that the rest of the season.

Praying we get an opening credit scene at some point, but since they are so secretive about the season, I doubt it.

Interested to see where some of the other characters fall on the side of the Roanokes or "Normal"

Production wise it was amazing! The cinematography really made it feel like movie.

And my bf SCREAMED.

This was the worst first episode they've ever done. How uneventful.

And I'm not trying to be mean or anything, it just wasn't what I was expecting. Maybe I'm just pissed there was no opening credits.

The whole theme was like The Haunting TV show, giving me so major flashbacks (I guess that's a good thing). Maybe the second episode will be better.

you must have liked the piece of **** episode premier of hotel. THAT was bad tv

I think Denis or Cheyenne is on the home video & Evan was the bearded man at the end.
