LastNight 5,935 Posted September 15, 2016 Share Posted September 15, 2016 That was a great first episode! I love that they switched it up from their usual style but it still felt like AHS. It's such an interesting idea and I can't wait to see how it develops. The writing was great, the acting was superb as it always is. The whole thing just seemed very well executed and tight, whereas Hotel and Freakshow felt more fluid and more about characters than about the plot, this seemed very much focused on the actual story. I think we are in for a return to form from AHS with a really well thought out season. Sarah and Angela were shining stars as always. I loved it. And I'm not trying to be mean or anything, it just wasn't what I was expecting. Maybe I'm just pissed there was no opening credits. The whole theme was like The Haunting TV show, giving me so major flashbacks (I guess that's a good thing). Maybe the second episode will be better.
