n0ne 13,105
Both are great albums and probably my favorite albums from them. But Honeymoon is a masterpiece. Like she just randomly compiled some tracks she lazily put together on a sunday afternoon, slapped her minimal retro-noir schtick on it, and said here it is boys. Eat me up. It's just the same old same old. I still like it but it just doesn't seem AMAZING. But I think her popularity and image sort of succeed any major criticisms the album could have received. Critics warmed to her by this point, giving Honeymoon one of her best critical scores, when in actuality more acclaim should have been given to her previous albums and Honeymoon should have been seen as the dip in quality it actually is. Imo. Even though I really enjoy the title track and Terrence especially.
Pablo 7,780
Honeymoon is a joke compared to Marina. It's just an empty shell of what Lana used to be Don't visit my profile

youandi 2,110
Both are good albums but I probably enjoy and listen to FROOT more so I voted for that BUT I do think that Honeymoon is a cinematic masterpiece and is really crafted a lot better than FROOT, so really that is probably better but oh well Happy vs. Honeymoon Froot vs. Music to Watch Boys To - Froot is Marina's best song so had to pick, MTWBT is amazing tho I'm A Ruin vs. Terrence Loves You - Similar to above Blue vs. God Knows I Tried Forget vs. High By the Beach Gold vs. Freak Can't Pin Me Down vs. Art Deco Solitaire vs. Religion Better Than That vs. Salvatore Weeds vs. The Blackest Day Savages vs 24 - I love Savages but 24 is Lana's Bond song, along with Shades Of Cool Immortal vs. Swan Song True Colours vs. Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood
