Fluorine 0
Even though the album sounds best when played all the way through, I think this is how I'd rank the tracks: 1. rascal 2. good worker 3. play 4. kill 5. drops 6. sever 7. goods 8. idle talk 9. in due order The whole thing is flawless, though. :legend:

Fluorine 0
From a new interview with Clash: Can you tell us about the dancing yeti in ‘Sever’? Is it an exploration of self and other, or something completely different? It represents a part of me and most others. Life with it is very much a delight. I have experienced the consequence of living without it. Which has the greater cost? Very interesting! I always interpreted the "clump monsters" as having a negative influence, but it seems this isn't necessarily the case. Lampost 682
Went and saw this fine woman the other day in London. The show was unbelivably amazing :) At first I thought the stage was really simple, but when she performs and you focus just on her, it looks like she's standing in a sea of light, it's hard to explain but it was utterly mesmerising. One of the best parts of the show was when she came into the audience and she did it twice! The venue was like a theatre and she just strolled up and down the aisles and sang and danced and she came around holding hands with everyone. She messed up a few times in the show, she knocked her microphone stand and it fell off the stage onto some audience members and she tripped up the stairs. I only mention these because, as strange as this sounds, these were the only hints that she was human. She had no verbal interaction with the audience during the show, so she held a strange other-worldly persona. But she sang to individual people and waved and I guess interacted with us through the music and her dancing. Ah, look at me, I've written a whole essay about it already! It was just really good. I'd love to see her again, if she even ever does another show, let alone release new music! As a side note: I swear there were more gays there than at a Gaga concert!
