I agree with him tbh.

The pros for me are that the instrumental is super unapologetically Kevin Parker, the key-change in the bridge is exactly what was missing from Gypsy and I'm glad she went for it, because even though key changes can be super flashy and tacky, it was executed well and it was bold for a pop song. In general, I love the composition of the song, my main complaint is its execution. 

I'm not sure why both Parker and Ronson listened to the song and thought the production was acceptable. Her vocals are WAY too loud and clash with the melodic-softness of the instrumental. It's way under produced, and I'm sure Gaga wanted that sound, but you can be natural and not be screaming over the music. I think the track would have benefited from sticking to Kevin Parker's psychedelic sound and staying away from Gaga's harsh vocals.
