Artists who dominate streaming?

In light of PI doing decently well with streaming, which actually is really good because gagas last commercial release was before streaming was really a thing, I thought I'd see who you all thought were the artists who are the best at this form of musical entertainment. 

Best at it:

Rihanna: 

Naturally she's the best because I mean she dominates every form of music. Best digital sales (for songs not albums), YouTube, vevo, etc. Her team is smart enough to know that Rihanna doesn't have enough pull in the industry to be able to afford to have a tidal exclusive for more than 24 hours. The only reason anti is as successful as it is is because of its monster streaming. When you release music as frequently as Rihanna, it's hard not to be on top.

Sia: 

Sia's first solo major commercial success was released at the beginning of streaming domination, and since, the two have balanced eachother out. It's honestly why I think Sia will out debut Gaga this week.

Justin Bieber:

For pretty much all of the same reasons as Rihanna, plus he actually has more (and this enrages me) sway in the industry than her. He's someone who could afford to do exclusives, but he didn't, and he was rewarded splendidly because of it.

Worst at it: 

Beyoncé: 

Beyonce could release Lemonade only on tidal, and still have it be a major success. It sold amazingly, and was a major commercial and critical success. Even with all of that, Anti is higher in the billboard 200 chart rn, and that's because Lemonade is only on Tidal (Santans site). It could have been the most successful album this year if she would have put it on Spotify and Apple Music. It could have spawned like 5 number ones, and still be at number one itself. If she keeps doing these exclusivities, it will eventually start to hurt her career.

Adele: 

Legit for the same exact reason as Beyoncé. 25's Impact lasted like a month, and people just sort of forgot about it. People are gonna really stop caring about Adele, and if she keeps waiting like 5000 months to put it on streaming sites, she will cease to really be a thing anymore.

Lady Gaga:

Really only because she hasn't real eased any music that people would want to stream since its beginning. I think this era might be able to put her on the list of best streamed artists. 

 

Who ho do you think? I should have put drake, but I hate him too much to put him on a best of anything list.

Funny think is Bey, and Adele don't need to stream. I'm sure it took Adele a few months to outsell 1989, and The Fame.

If streaming keeps rising, than Bey and Adele will enventually need to.

They can afford not to rn, but not for much longer.

the funny thing I still haven't heard Lemonade because it's not on spotify and I am too lazy to search it somewhere else and there is no way I am using Tidal, I just love spotify way too much
