Yes and some other singles of the album  like she did with btw.  

To keep the fans interested  and give hope mainly since PI was a huge disappointment.

With ARTPOP and potentially the next album being another letdown this will finish gagas current iconic star status.  The radio stations will not give her the hype with lg6 and the GP by that time will have lost interest.
