Just look at "Freakshow", a random dug-up demo from years ago, not even polished and it's about infinitely better than Perfect Illusion. RedOne made sure Gaga was on the right track, while this Ronson guy is making her waste her talent, honestly. The rest of the album needs to be better than this.
