The move in the MV comes during the bridge. She does the same during the live performance also, quiet instinctively.

She is 30 years old. The sky is the limit for Gaga. It could become so yes if the music video is a big success and she does that in the music video. We will just have to wait and see.

Well when she goes on tour on a larger stage I'm going to assume she's going to be using a wireless mic or a headset so I think it's only gonna be a club performance thing

False, I assume she'll at least, for this song, get a wired mic for just this performance. It's pretty specific to PI and in its own right, the "signature move" of the PI era.
