Sylvanas 5,768
If you guys don't know, he runs https://www.youtube.com/c/theneedledrop, probably the most prolific music review channel. He's typically very critical of pop music, and yet he loved it! Perfect Illusion just won't stop with the critical praise! "Who are we, if not slaves to this torment?" Neight Shayde 7,925
He's very hard to please so this is high praise. He will criticize the illusion/confusion lyric rhyme though so you need to expect that.

blzr 1,562
Today I used headphones for the first time listening to the song, and it made the biggest difference in the world. It wasn't just screaming any longer and I could hear the instrumental clearly. I'm addicted to the song. It's like we synchronised and now I enjoy every note of it. This song reeks of Kevin Parker's talent "Who are we, if not slaves to this torment?"

There were songs that he really loved on ARTPOP because of the instrumentation and the lyrics. He did say that she's not a wordsmith when it comes to lyrics so i'm kinda expecting him to say it again. the review will be released on sunday!!
