Ok wow i take back all my critiques of the production team. This instrumental is so good but a lot is hidden under terrible mixing. Huge props to the producers and Gaga. This is amazing. :music:

Take my hand. Stay, Joanne.

The drum fills and guitars in the bridge!

its funny, the drums are one of the few outward things i'd change lol. the kick and snares sound puney in comparison, like they literally can't support such a massive song lol. the bass kick is too high pitched, so it just adds to the treble-y ness

great earphones/ speakers really help though. when i heard it debut on radio, it was soooo treble-y and loud and everything was centered.

I think so too. But I find listening to this on headphones a little annoying cause the sudden volume change between the verses and chorus hurts my ears but if i had it too soft at the start it doesn't sound as good. I blame this on bad mixing.

I don't want to be critical, but I know what you mean. Personally, I want those beats to hit harder!!

But that is just my taste... I'm a die-hard dance music (and yes, EDM fan). I understand why she pulled it back for the radio/album mix for this project.

But I also trust that any halfway decent club DJ can make this pop off in a heart beat! And the remixes are going to slay my existence.

its funny i just noticed it in the very last listen. her voice sounds too close up compared to the instrumental, but at the same time, if it where more blended with the instrumental, would it drown in the production? lmao

well for me its not even a matter of loudness, its just the wrong drum kit for my taste. it sounds overtly processed and kind of amateurish. i mean I'm nit picking, for sure, but when i hear the bass kick its too high pitched and has no like.... gut to it? i would've just used a real drum.

The trombone/horn with guitar and bass is just kicking so much ass. It always seems as if her instrumentals have LIFE to them on its own. Lol!

I'd just take down her voice a little to hear the different elements, but overall the track is still beast.

Wow it's even more rock than I originally thought.

It's always around me, all this noise, but not really as loud as the voice saying "Let it happen, let it happen."
