If you're not sure about Perfect Illusion yet, I would do one thing before you make your mind up.

Something I do with every new Gaga release.

You have to listen on headphones/earphones and turn your volume down to less than half it's capacity so you can hear every instrument and it sounds smooth. When it's too loud you can't hear it properly and appreciate it.

People usually think the louder the better, but that couldn't be further from the truth.

I did the same. In my opinion, Perfect Illusion sounds the best on Tidal.

I noticed the same thing, it's so strange?

I'm still calculating my thoughts because it's so different from anything I ever heard.

The key changing part is THE KEY of the song and I love it, that's what slayed me and why I like the song.

They can't scare me, if I scare them first.

It's not that strange tbh, I bet if you listen to any Gaga song right now on low volume it will sound 10x better than you remember it.

It's just that when you have your headphones high your ears literally cannot hear all of the instruments because it's so loud.

I dunno, maybe I'm used to old songs so I can hear every beat, every stem, synth, everything even tho it's loud, but this is somehow different...

Not just the thing with a headphones, when I play it on my computer the same thing applies, it's better when it's not loud..
