giskardsb 12,565
I'm usually about 50/50 on her singles. Perfect Illusion is really good. I'm not going to say fantastic only because I wish she would have committed to the underlying rock elements and had more heavy guitar on the track, like she inevitably will with live performances. Still, PI hypes me up more for the album than probably any single she's had. I invariably like album tracks more than singles, so to me this album has huge potential. If the GP doesn't get it, then screw them. Most of current "successful" pop music is ****. I swear I was going to fall asleep listening to pop radio recently. It needs a shot of energy, and PI is it. Nino 12
Beyonce and Kanye both released great music this year that wasn't played on radio. The GP doesn't matter when you have talent and a large legacy.
TerrenceV2 2,001
We keep wanting Gaga's music to be successful and an endless play on the radio, but we don't realize that everything that is successful right now on the radio is utter garbage. playground love - josef salvat
FRANK1991 3,323
my favorite songs from Gaga are not singles so it's usually expected that the lead is not gonna be my favorite like I'm not into BTW or Just Dance, BR is iconic but not my fav, Applause is my favorite lead single but it took me some time to warm up to it. So I'm not worried it's gon be good Cause once you let it go you better know it's gone

Cerny 4,270
If you are falling asleep listening to pop radio, why do you even listen to it in the first place? Why are you looking for something that simply isn't there? Awesome that you liked PI though.

Ye's only got radio support because he has a few "sell-out"-ish songs out. And again neither were on the stations that turn songs into hits.
