Has Gaga ever lip-synced?

Hey guys,

is there any performance where gaga lip-synced? I remember back in 2008/2009 she said in an interview that she would never lip-sync. But is it actually true?

A few days ago, a friend said she would, but I've never seen a video... And I just can imagine that she would do that... :firega:

I'd say no

but I can barely hear her voice in some performances

Pretty much this answer will be it.

I think for some songs she sings a different chord or higher chord progression, aka a harmonised version, instead of the normal louder main version... that and a loud backing track, but her mic is always on whenever she's on stage.

The melody that you choose can rescue you ♥

Didn't she do it a bit during Swine Fest? It doesn't really sound like she sings the Sex Dreams chorus live.

Lose control. Let go and fall. Do you get the satisfaction?

She basically sings the part of the songs that she wants. If she doesn't want to sing the chorus for example, she stays quiet and let the backing track sound. She never moves her lips acting like she's singing when she's not, so she does not lip sync

REALITY

I mean, she's lip synced some parts of performances, but I don't recall a time where she lip synced the whole thing. This is just an example that I remember:

But most of it's because she's just dancing too much at certain parts, or she's doing a costume change.

Even that it wasn't fully, she was singing with the studio track behind.

There are instances where the backing track has been louder than her mic, and causes some issues with being able to hear only the backing track and not her live voice.

Her mic is always on, she doesn't try and hide it when she stops singing to dance/get changed etc, well not that I can recall
