I doubt they got an e-mail with a link to download BTW minutes before the debut. If something happens the release date would be lost and most fans upset. This thinks are carefully worked on. It's not like you just receive a song and play it 1 minute later just because. Unless someone from the radio (not the radio host role-playing) proves it.. I don't believe that kinda of thing.
