Closer is already weakening to Heathens on digital, but it will probably continue to grow on radio in the coming weeks, but its very rare to cross 200k digitally these days, so I doubt they will sustain it or grow much more. Perfect Illusion should be safe I think.

What are you talking about? She would've competed against One Dance, Cheap Thrills, CSTF if she released during May/June/July and Work + Love Yourself if she released Q1. There is always competition. Right now actually has the least. Closer is the only stiff competition.

talking about 'big' sales btw

3rd week too.. My point is that Applause would have sold a lot more if it was released in its original date with the video.

Hi, I'm new. And I'm italian (a real one!).
Why y'all so concerned about chart performances? I'm not a huge pop fan, and I like Gaga beacause she's not basic pop. Let me tell one thing: David Bowie had a great career (with ups and downs) for fifty years, and he sold a average 1 million copies per album (with some exceptions like Ziggy Stardust and Let's dance - over 10 millions). You don't have to be worried!
