Yeah but why did a random radio host from Houston tell us Gaga's lead was being released in a month but not KIIS or Z100? I'm sure Interscope notified the biggest radio stations about PI but only some are vocal about it.

Also, a radio deal first week is not payola. Payola only extends beyond first week and there has been no example of it in recent times. Although back in the day on GGD, every time Katy got a #1 single on Pop radio it was considered payola lol
