Yeah, because it's more than any other international artist. Single sales have always been tragic across mainland Europe and even with sales-only charts with Applause she failed to do much in Germanic and Scandinavian countries.

At least I think Spotify also offers many opportunities for Gaga. I think Interscope will, in the end, earn more from Joanne than they did from ARTPOP because the music market as a whole is growing. They could also use Spotify commercials to promote the tour in the future to a very specific audience that is likely to be interested, for example.

So happy to see PI go #1 in France!

Not happy about the song freefalling again in the US... I really hope the song can settle around the top 20 somewhere and I really hope she has some major promo or the video coming next week else I fear this song might be dead in the water.

I still love PI though, but the positions in general are horrible.Β 

The positions really aren't bad when they're sales only. Streaming is holding her down but that applies to almost all artists these days.
