Single sales have always been tragic across mainland Europe and even with sales-only charts with Applause she failed to do much in Germanic and Scandinavian countries. I think Interscope will, in the end, earn more from Joanne than they did from ARTPOP because the music market as a whole is growing. They could also use Spotify commercials to promote the tour in the future to a very specific audience that is likely to be interested, for example. Well, except for Australia of course. I still love PI though, but the positions in general are horrible. The positions really aren't bad when they're sales only.
