Applause (for 4x platinum) 5. Just Dance (for Diamond) I'm using "VPN Master" on my iPad to fake my location. I hope it's working. Not trying to rush to judgment since it hasn't even been a week, but there is some "oomph" missing I feel like or some missed opportunities. I think a WW Snapchat filter was a huge miss, only NYC does nothing. It seems small, but it helps with generating interest. I also think she should have appeared on TV by this point-- Maybe not even to perform if they want to save that to be a "moment" later, but at least to talk about the song. What harm is there in having her join BBC Breakfast TV in UK when she was there, or GMA in US to chat about what the song means to her? Just some thoughts. A Stan Was Born 670 Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 I know this might be hard to hear but I think some also might need to accept the possibility of Gaga not doing as much promo initially because she doesn't want to be as famous as she was anymore. She talks so much about how terrible being famous is. Maybe she just wants to be a more low-key artist but still have some success. That's just a possibility though. Whenever I see her performing at clubs for free it usually means she LOVES the song and wants it to succeed as much as possible. So it's also likely her team has had some oversights.
