One from the deluxe and one from the standard edition. Also, they probably are still having doubts which single to pick, or they just want to use the exposure from album release week + SNL and discount both songs. A lot of things have been hinting to a double single release. A-YO is doing better in North America, Million Reasons better in Europe (and Gaga seems to favour A-YO over Million Reasons).
