The album got about 35M on demand streams to help its SPS this week, so it's obviously getting streaming from somewhere (Tidal...?). My guess is based on unpredictable Tidal streaming it was just given an extra boost this week because it's album release week. Also since she's arguably incredibly local, her % of views that count for the Hot 100 because they're from the US would be higher, probably between 60-70% as opposed to say Gaga who has about 20% US streams on YouTube.
