The songs won't stay on there forever, they need to give place for fresh releases most of the time. It would only stay for a long time on the playlist if it was a success. Which it is not.

Aren't Body Say and Cool Girl still on that playlist though even though they haven't been charting

Don't record labels pay to keep songs in spotify playlists? If so doesn't that mean that Interscope is giving up on Perfect Illusion (at least on spotify) :saladga:

PI has 23.4m streams on Spotify right now, really close to Rise's 25.2m. It's doing pretty well considering Gaga was never a strong streaming artist.

It's already struggling to outpeak Judas & Marry the Night on the radio

That was coming from TFM hype. PI is coming from ARTPOP and 3 years of pop-absence

23. Perfect Illusion

Spins: 481/+82

Bullet: 1229/+910

The bullet update is the biggest out of the top 50 but the spins update is the 13th biggest... why that difference? I've never understood what bullet was.

nope the moth club one was super pitchy, just like how she couldn't really hit the notes on MTN outro

Like, this and your other post are objectively wrong. She has never written a song more suited to her tessitura and, apart from a few slip-ups, she sounded wonderful at the club. I have a degree in music, and I can assure you and everyone else that Perfect Illusion is gonna sound wonderful live.

A "Would you critic an English paper if you did not speak English?" tea lol

You can tell that she's struggling to belt all the high notes and they also come off as jarring. Her voice is suitable for lower belts such as Bang Bang but not high notes.

You can also tell from the DWUW bridge "and don't stop the party" that she doesn't properly hit that note during half of the artrave shows. In fact, she chose to sing a 2nd instead of a 4th during the Jingle Bell ball.

Just because she can doesn't mean she's good.

It's an argument from ethos, boo. Having a degree in music means I do know what I'm talking about. Like, how on earth was that not obvious?

Anyway, found something that may help you out:
