ARTPOP and his last album were released in 2013 within a few months of each other and Gaga ended up with ~60,000 more first week sales than him. His streaming power is also weak, so I think she has the edge.

Ugh @ that dark red update, this may very well fall out of the top 10 tonight.

I'm glad it's managed to stay in the top 10 for the week of release without any promo, but I really hope the video is released tomorrow and/or the promo ramps up next week.

EDIT: I was listening to the beats1 music request show a few minutes ago and they ended the show with Perfect Illusion saying it was the most requested of the night. Not sure how many people listen to that station, but it was cool to hear.

His last album in 2013 sold 195,000 copies in its first week. If Bobby does enough promo, she will win!

How much does a mv normally help a single?  I have not heard PI on my radio yet so Im worried but hope it lifts off soon.

I'm assuming this release is also built around promotion for the album considering how quickly it's dropping after the single.

My eyes are hurting from all those dark greens.

They'll probably get used to it when PI starts getting them - if it ever gets them
