Impostor 4,114
I have probably watched almost every interview with Lady Gaga that is available on the internet. And it's funny because for each era she kind of plays a different character. In some interviews she's more clever and funny, others she's crazy or pretentious. So I decided to make my top 10 of favorite interviews. I have taken into consideration: quality of the conversations, credibility of the interviewers and the "fun factor" which means when the interview is fun to watch. I hope this works as a guide to the new fans of the future. #10: David Letterman (2011) Starting with the funniest one. I know this interview is full of crap, but Gaga shows how brilliant she is. We know that David Letterman was not really kind to his guests and sometimes he would make them sound stupid. If you search for his interviews with Madonna and Cher you will know what I'm talking about. But Gaga is just not taking any crap and she makes everyone laugh by giving tricky answers. #9: The purple hair interview (2009) This sequence of interviews with the purple wig is famous for having Gaga talking about women in pop industry. She has great vibes and she's unbreakable! Kind of polemic but really interesting. It shows that she has been smart since the beginning of her career. #8: Fuse (2009) Here's the interview for the Fame Monster lovers. The interviewer makes great questions and Gaga talks about the concept of her most iconic era. #7: In Camera (2010) Another interview from the Fame Monster era, but deeper. She sits down for 2 hours and answers all types of questions made by the fans. She talks a lot about her influences, including Madonna. She is very charismatic and lovable. #6: Culture Show (2013) Some little monsters think this interview is a mess. I don't think so. This interview is very unique and interesting because you see a different side of Gaga. She is very honest and says a lot of deep stuff about her career, like the fact that she is tired of the music industry and the way they try to control her. Unfortunately I could not find the full interview, but I extremely recommend you to search for it. #5: Actors on Actors (2016) The most recent one (to date). This interview is also very unique because Gaga talks about her acting career, and the possibility of "Lady Gaga" being a character. Jamie Lee Curtis makes the best questions. The conversation is gold. #4 Howard Stern (2011) This interview is pure Born This Way teas. Howard Stern has no limits and throws a lot of strong questions at Gaga, while she's not affraid of answering them. It is so clever and funny and it becomes emotional at some parts. #3 Howard Stern (2013) This works just like the previous one, but it is even more incredible because, duh, ARTPOP era. Gaga opens up about e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. #2 Emotion Revolution Summit (2015) Probably the most honest interview/talk with Lady Gaga to date. She talks about her real feelings, the way the media portrays her, the way the internet is corrupting our generation and how she wants to change the world. #1 MTV Inside The Outside (2011) A classic. This is like Gaga interviewing herself. She tells her story and everything she says is very important. I can't imagine someone being a monster without watching this. ***

Schwerk 7,216
Nice top 10. Letterman however would not be on my list. I understand the Madonna and cher references but it still isn't a personal fav of mine because it's a bit too goofy for me. I prefer other 'funny' interviews out there like Jay Leno, Rove, Graham Norton, WWHL or this one: Personal fav is prob Howard Stern 2011 but that's prob also cause I used to listen to it on long trainrides and the sound of her voice is so relaxing. Great interview, very comfortable, a true conversation. Also this would be on my list. It's essential to have a Fame era interview in there and this one says it all. This is done by John Norris, who also did the SXSW keynote, which is also a favourite of mine. It's a bit harder to get trough cause of the setting, but she has a lot of great things to say about her experiences in the music industry. According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch
