You're all blind and/or delusional but I said it here, she had a nosejob before ARTPOP during the blackout. Right after her lips, she was seens hiding her face with a jacket behind her bodyguard until at her car. I believe it was at that time. But since ARTPOP her nose never looked the same, she kept the global form but made it thinner and less long on the tip. But not going to debate each time people come at me when I say it.

I really think that's just an angle, or really just the fillers. Otherwise I can't see when she would have had time to have sugery and recover from it without anyone noticing. We've seen her every week for almost two years, and at least every month she's had a public event where she wouldn't have been able to hide it. Plus, if there's anything the 2016 Golden Globes can prove is that fillers can give you a whole new face

I think that Gaga looks stunning nowadays.That's not my problem anyway.WHEN you are discussing about someone's physcial appearance you can have a POSITIVE and NEGATIVE opinion.Both should be accepted as long as they are well-phrased and not made to hurt Saying that you don't like the fillers that Gaga got is not rude or offensive in any way...

Not judging her choices at all.  Just, in general, it is disappointing how artists like Gaga (and dare I say Katy Perry, Pink, etc) who have released "self-love" & "body-postivite" tracks/ideas over the years ("Firework," "****in' Perfect," "Born this Way"/the Body Revolution) end up reinforcing the norm that they are trying to critique.  For example, I will never really believe that these celebrities support different body types when the only types displayed in music videos and on their tours are those that are non-representative of the general public.  I get it, sex sells.  I just feel like the message of positivity/self-love is so inauthentic when the visuals do not match the words/message.   

Or is it all just an illusion?

OMG someone else beat me to it AND can see that it's fillers! You said everything I was going to say. I noticed immediately in 2013 when those pictures came out too! I remember clearly thinking "Has she had something put in the 'dents' in her nose?" and then years later learned about fillers

Nonono. There was totally no time for doing it. There was no more than a few days she wasn't been seen out in the public. Do you think nosejob recovery is that fast? She would literally have bruising, bandages over her nose for few weeks at least.
