Probably like Cher. She'll release an album occasionally, and she'll act in a few movies that most people won't care about. She might have a couple farewell tours and a rare hit as well.

True, but I think she might burn out if she tries to do too much in the future. Gaga doesn't respond well to negative feedback, and the more she does, the more likely she is to be criticized. I think she might tire of it all.

I picture her more like a female Bowie meets Bruce Springsteen meets Barbra meets Cher.

Playing huge outdoor concerts, touring smaller venues, scoring an occasional hit whilst making movies, performing on Broadway, singing jazz in small clubs, writing and producing for other artists, being a mom to three kids.

your synopsis of all their careers is so biased in one direction lol, as if pop music relevance is the only thing that matters.

The Peaks of Barbara and Cher were before Madonna, and both are oscar winning actresses in audition to their music. Cyndi has been successful in other avenues and has won Tony Awards relatively recently.

As with all those women, Gaga will find her own path.  Pop fans need to quit believing that pop music is the most important avenue of success though.

50  years from now when all of those lady's careers are over it's most likely Streisand will still be considered the most "relevant" of the group based on career success.  "relevancy" at this current moment in time is meaningless when comparing that group of women.

madonna isn't relevant girl radio doesn't play her anymore and her last 3 albums have been utter garbage. I pray Gaga doesn't end up like her relying on trends and antics at the age of an old woman

I voted Madonna, but thers a difference, when Madonna started the GP loved her and so many people fall in love with her...and with Gaga I feel the GP and even other fan bases is like the opposite, they see her as an "attention seeker" or just hate her
