In terms of relevancy Madonna - had smash albums and singles,keeps making music that gets a lot of media attention, keeps making headlines, still relevant. Barbra Streisand - falls back on her previous success, considered a legend, out of the public's eye Spoiler Some of you may come for me saying that she just released an album, but sorry nobody was writing anything about it Cher - Kinda same like Barbra, but she is still in the public's eye, makes some headlines, people are interested in her Cyndi Lauper - had some hit album and singles, and that's all, kept making music which ended up unsuccessful, but she's part of the pop culture. Spoiler Correct me if I made a mistake in my ''analyzes'' I'm personally going with Madonna. Not everyone likes her, but everyone wants to talk and write about her. Causes controversy, shocks etc. In other words, will stay always relevant. Spoiler I'm not saying that the other three are irrelevant, but compered to Madonna.... EDIT: So many votes for Barbra.
