The Life of Pablo is an amazing album, so he could promote it by opening the show with a Famous (with Rihanna) + Wolves (with Sia and Vic Mensa, maybe even Frank Ocean) medley. Sia could also perform Cheap Thrills later in the show and Frank could do the same with Nikes. Thus giving Rihanna, Sia, and Frank double performance duties. Plus Taylor is reportedly not attending, so she can seethe. VMAs feed on controversy anyway, so this could actually help ratings and make the show more entertaining.
