I do think there's still a slight chance at her having a surprise performance. Like I won't be disappointed if she doesn't, but because I still think there's a little chance I didn't say a blatant no

I just hope that if she doesn't perform at the VMAs we can keep it cool. I'm starting to fear that we doom the era before it even starts. First, we hype about some rumours and then we bash the radio/magazine/show for not being true. Sometimes we are unaware that we carry her name, and if we go crazy about this kind of things, people are going to link it to her.

no way and I don't like the idea of her comeback being with so many other stars on the stage. 

Its been over 3 years since a pop lead single, that's a major return, and the VMAs would be a lame way to mark it
