I love the song now, but I had bad memories associated with it when it was huge (spring of 2015). But now I like it.

Been a long time but I'm back in town, and this time I'm not leaving without you

I guess it was overplayed, it really is catchy especially when I first heard it since this generation has yet to be introduced to Funk. ALso you can play it around your parents which is rare these days, with songs like Work and Panda charting @ #1 :derpga:

it definitely is catchy, but it just feels way too much like it was constructed for the sole purpose for being catchy! Idk it sounds very ingenuine and written for the sales tbh :queenga:

LG5 getting executively produced by the creator of the biggest song of the decade. She knows how to bounce back :staymad:

I think a rule was made that a song can't stay on the charts for a long period of time.(They should do that to albums, too)

Oh why? that seems a bit unfair to just kick a song out

I guess it all started with Bruno Mars.

I don't hate him, I just can't ever listen to his music. First year of college he was so popular his songs were playing EVERYWHERE! It got so over played (same with Katy Perry) that I'll never listen to his music every again. Whenever I hear his voice and the kind of music his songs all have (like Uptown Funk) I'm just like: "UGH!":saladga:

I welcome the success with open arms.:diane:

but if it comes with the sound of Uptown Funk, keep it.:nails:

Cause once you let it go you better know it's gone

Even though I hate the song, it's definitely more deserving than party rock anthem. I get why people like the song but I've just heard it one too many times and it just annoys me

May I know what happened here

1st Week: #65
2nd Week: #18
3rd Week: #8

It rocketed just like that from 65 to 18 and from 18 to 8, did they promote it somewhere or what

I remember listening it for the first time in late 2014, and I just thought it was an OK song, but you know, that it would be a cute semi-hit for a week or two. You may say I don't know what people like to listen to.

I really hate that song I find it pretentious and unoriginal. Bruno is trying to be sth that he is not... MJ maybe. Nostalgia's for geeks!:sis:

Only good part of the M/V was mark ronson tbh :poot:  way overplayed:madge: . ugh but he's a actually good singer. How'd he shoot to #8 in 3 weeks?

This is so lame. If a song charts for a really long time, let it. It's completely unfair to just knock it off :grr:
