Can Gaga debut at number one with a music video released release week?

If Gaga were to release her lead single with its m/v and a strong radio deal, I think it might be able to debut at number one. Applause when it debuted topped Kworbs weekly YouTube chart first week ( http://kworb.net/youtube/weekly/201333.html) and competition will likely be weaker, so Perfect Illusion may be able to debut atop digital songs (Rise did it with only 135k) and a great radio deal would give her a good start. 

So what do you think? If Gaga plays it right, can she get a number one debut?

I'm not here for a number one debut. It will fade out fast that way. This is what I'm hoping for:

Week 1: Song Premieres - Huge radio deal, plastered everywhere - Does good cuz of hype

Week 2: Video Premiere - Once again, song stays relevant this week because of video

Week 3: Major TV Performance - Some popular TV show? Racks in more interest

Weeks 4 - whenever: Perfect Illusion takes off on its own

Gagas capable of another #1 with the right material and vision. However, in her position, I dont personally feel like she can debut at #1 with this eras lead single.

I definitely think so, and if she continues to give it strong promo and do performances/interviews/etc. I think she'll be able to make it a huge hit.

I suppose my only concern really is that music seems to just really come and go nowadays. 

Let's hope those 3 years were worth it

If the song is good and popular, it would rebound and have longevity anyway. A number one debut may be the best bet for it to top the chart.

Zayn debuted at number one and stayed in the top 10 12 weeks with no promo, if Gaga does promo, she could debut at number one and have longevity.

Debut at number 2. I wish it would hang around the Top 3 for a few weeks ala Bad Romance and suddenly snatch that Number 1 for another 4-5weeks. And then stays in the Top10 for the next months. #longevity

Incorrect. Zayn went to number one off of hype alone. He was from 1D which has the biggest fan base off all acts in the industry and he sold 267k in his first week which is something Gaga won't get close to. Also, he was used to the streaming age when he was with 1D so his streaming was good, and Gaga's won't be, especially right off the bat (see her current stats). Gaga is coming off of 6+ months of silence, she needs longevity.

OT: No, she'll debut at #4 at the very best. And even that is stretching it.
