Will AHS Help LG5 and PI?

Since Gaga is going to be in AHS again, will it help her album era? Maybe they could do some tie ins? Or say "Buy Gaga's new single" after an episode?

I think it's kinda tacky to do the whole "buy her single". Maybe they could pay for an advertisement during commercials when it's aired, but I don't want people to think she only came back to AHS6 to promote her music. She's there in a capacity as an actress in an ensemble cast.

I don't think AHS S6 even exists. Yall gonna tune into FX on 14th and boom! The MV for the lead single. Ryan did say only one trailer is real and thats clearly www.ladygaga.com

It will increase the number of people talking about lady gaga for sure. So YES, having her in AHS will somehow help her but not to a very large degree. Her being in AHS is enough but I actually DONT want her to plug her album during the show, it's kinda tacky.

I just cannot wait to have new GAGA music and AHS (regardless if Gaga has a big role in it or not.)

I don't want them to promote it on the show, but I think Gaga being on the show will help publicity and therefore raise her sales

It will give her some visibility. If it will help her or not depends on a bunch of stuff, like, is her character likable? Is the new music good? Is the new season good? What else is she doing to promote?

I see a lot of potential on what she's doing, but if it will pay off or not, only time will tell...

They're really two separate things for her. She, obviously, takes her work and her art very seriously, so I'd think that she'd keep both things separate. 

But in terms of her expanding different genres and audiences, it certainly will. I mean, not everyone who watches AHS will be a fan of her acting, but maybe they'll be a fan of her music and her artistry. Who knows.

Having her face on tv every week is enough. It will make more people aware of her as an artist and thus PI will benefit a lot

I would love if there's a scene in front of a shop of wall and there's a poster or graffiti of PI or LG5. Or a scene where a person r character says something like,"hey did you listen to the Gaga single..." Or something

I doubt it. I get the feeling Gaga's role will be very minimal. I'd love to be proved wrong... but didn't she post a pic on Instagram where she had started filming just a couple of weeks ago? Whatever she filmed, it can't have been much, as she has been back in NY most of the time.
