Katy's latest single, 'Rise' has not seen much success since it's release and it's not looking like it is going to rise any further.. (so original, i know ) but, the point of my thread is that despite Katy acknowledging this not as her lead single, the GP really don't give a fvck what kind of single it is. she has new material out. before stanning Gaga, i never really knew what a buzz/promotional/lead single truly was.. to me, and to many still today, a song on the radio is a song on the radio. the fact that Katy has been exposed to the public with new material has really killed her hype i believe. this is why it was essential that Gaga didn't release anything before the lead; it would spoil the momentum. we really shouldn't be scared of Katy's reign this time. Gaga has been off the throne for about 3 years now; and now is the perfect time to claim what is rightfully her's. this is all wishful thinking, but i hope some of you agree with me! let's support Gaga and prove to the other fanbases why we are the best - i mean, we made one of the biggest radio stations in the US call us "nuts".. She'll get cocky and it'll blow up in her face, just like it did with Gaga. The different is, Gaga is over that phase now. She's coming for blood. So even if Kathy does swoop in and try to the steal the moment, I genuinely think Gaga is in a better position right now. I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!
