Just because we only officially got confirmation today doesn't mean it only happened today. This would've already been accounted for in Gaga's plans and scheduling a long time ago. It would only possibly interrupt the album promo a few months, but it would already be a while after the release and I doubt she will do a massively extensive campaign like BTW ever again anyway. LG5 release and promotion Q4 2016 ASIB filming Q1 2017 Tour begins Q2/summer 2017 Completely possible. The gap would be no less than the 6 months between ARTPOP's release and the beginning of it's tour, or the massive 11 months it took for the BTWB to start.
