The picture of Usain Bolt became a meme before Ellen posted this, people were making jokes about how fast he is and how he can just casually look behind him with a smile on his face while his competitors struggle to catch up. Ellen tried to take advantage of this popular meme and made a similar joke about how fast he is by saying he could give her piggyback rides everywhere and it would make her day go faster. The joke couldn't be more transparent. I'm not for people creating images that depict white people riding on the backs black people so they can run their errands - that is horribly racist. But in this case it's Usain Bolt, fastest man on the planet, just about to win another gold medal in this photo, he is in his olympic garb and he is on the track. His ethnicity clearly has nothing to do with it. Ellen is joking about riding on the back of the fastest olympian ever so she can zoom around and do everything she needs to get done super fast.
