Differences between 3 versions of Brooklyn Nights

We will have a talk about 3 versions of Brooklyn Nights: Demo 1, Demo 2 and supposed final version (which can be pre-final mix or something like that for 1 reason).

Somehow I've missed when demo 2 leaked and for me the only difference between Demo 1 & Demo 2 is that there is different echoes for the whole song in 2nd demo. I can't hear that anything beside echoes was changed.

The real thing is differences between demo 1/2 and supposed final version (reminder: use headphones for audio)
1. You can clearly hear that her vocals in the final version are more clear and more tuned. Pay attention to the beginning "I always thought it was you", to the first line of the chorus "It's not that I don't wanna love you".
2. The way she sings "I can't watch us bleed to death" and "I'd call you my champion" in the final version is veeery different compared to demo. Basically, her vocals in demo sounds like they put overdrive plugin there.

3. The tempo of vocals in the first half of the bridge is different. Basically, in demo version, she sloved down for some reason at the middle of the first half.
The sound in your left ear is final version, the sound in the right ear - demo version.

4. I won't post audio for this, you can simply check yourself. Listen to the eschoes in the bridge right after "I wanna see you there, I wanna make it work" like. You will hear a few times "it work" in the demo, but just "work" in final version.

5. Listen to outro. I think they completly rerecorded it for the final version. Pay attention to the way she pronounce "hang" in "Just wanna hang with the old you" line. It sounds completely different. Also, listen to "For just one Brooklyn night adieu" background vocals. They're so heavy in final version, while in the demo you can barely hear anything.

6. Finally, if you have Audacuty, try to use Vocal Remover on the first or second verse. It will cut all the vocals in final version, but you will still hear background vocals in the demo. I guess this means that it was remastered and maybe even re-recorded.

There is also so many differences in echoes and the way she sing some words in chorus, but this post will never end if I'll continue write about them.

I don't think the "final version" is the final version. The vocals still sound unfinished. Or did you link the wrong one?

I dont think the final version here is the actual final version, it sounds as if someone has just tweaked it slightly. The echoes in the chorus don't sound 'final' enough, they sound worse than the demo in my opinion. However, I do enjoy examining these, I love little changes
