She was the down to earth, just like me singer, but now she's ADELE. I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.

StrawberryBlond 14,872
In chronological order, the worst at the top: 1. Drake (he is seriously one of the worst "artists" I've ever heard) 2. Justin Bieber (he's everywhere, on every song, getting undeserved hit after undeserved hit) 3. Beyonce (she's ok at best but one of the most over-rated artists there has ever been) 4. Rihanna (how is it that even after an extended break, it feels like she's never left?) 5. Taylor Swift (even when she's on a break, she's still all over the tabloids doing nothing) 6. Adele (another mediocre song and video gets praise after months of the album's release, will it never end?) 7. Calvin Harris (is there a law that every lead single from this man must be mediocre and sell far too much?) 8. Sia (to think she once hid herself away, but at least she's stopped pretending she has social anxiety now)

Of course I guess that's probably from where I'm from then I might be wrong. But why should they have to adjust lyrics that are about them for anyone else? You can't expect an artist to change what they are to fit your life and experiences. Maybe a lot of (straight) men are very narrow minded, but I don't see where lyrics fit into that. Would you say a gay male artist shouldn't make use of male pronouns when discussing love interests in his songs?
