HOTNebraskaGuy 19,547
If ARTPOP were divided into two albums/EPs based on how commercial and experimental each song is (like how Gaga was going to do with ACT 1 and 2), which songs would you include on which? And yes, you can add "Red Flame" and "Brooklyn Nights" into their corresponding albums. One, five, ten lay a million on me
Chromatislaps 34,851
I believe ACT 2 was to be shorter with the quality left overs I believe Brooklyn Nights, Onion Girl, In Like With You seemed like the leftovers Gaga liked best. OT: Sorry I dunno, I would just compile it to a shorter more concise album: Aura Venus GUY Sexxx Dreams DWUW Swine Brooklyn Nights Gypsy Applause
Gardevoir 9,896
Aura, ARTPOP, Mary Jane Holland, Venus and the rest of them Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

A song can be "rude" and still be commercial. Whilst G.U.Y. and Sexxx Dreams are highly sexually charged, they're both pretty commercial in terms of production and song layout so I'd predict that had ARTPOP been split into two acts they would've ended up on the commercial side of the album. Commercial means I can play it to my nan pretty much and g u y and sexxx dreams are too outrageous for mainstream play Imo. G u y shouldn't have been a single Imo it never would have taken off its just way too rude.
