Especially since they're always era highlights. this is what I think she should do for the lead single promo campaign. I know it's a lot of promo but considering she tours and does entire shows every other night, I think she could do a promo performance once or twice a week. Lead single release (with huge radio deal) - August 26th, 2016 GMA (m/v premiere) - August 26th, 2016 VMA performance - August 28th, 2016 Jimmy Fallon Live performance - September 2nd, 2016 Americas Got Talent performance - September 7th, 2016 Ellen performance - September 9th, 2016 So You Think You Can Dance - September 12th, 2016 Dancing With The Stars - September 20th, 2016 Iheart Radio Music festival (airs October 7th, 2016) - September 24th, 2016 Alan Carr performance - September 30th, 2016 This is perfect, and too much. Too much, but that doesn't mean It's bad. It's going to spread the song a lot. Hopefully, all the promo will help it reach at least Top 5.
Weasel 12,525
I'm sorry but if she can't even catch the attention for 5 minutes at an award show with mostly B listers then it doesn't matter where she performs her new single anyways. She was able to get the attention with a ****ing dress so I'm sure she could pull it off this year. And even if she wouldn't catch the attention who cares, she can perform it at the VMAs AND in September.
GagaMyBlood95 9,915
She should just ****ing release it. if it's good and if the marketing/promo is good + the performance, she was nothing to worry about. She can release any time!

I would hope it would debut top 3 with all the promo first week (video release on GMA and VMAs the same week). But yeah, I think a lot of promo would keep the song top 5 until it can float on its own.
Arizona Sky 10,913
September doesn't make any sense. Like why would she release after the VMAs but before the Grammy deadline?

The only real completion she'd have as far as attention at the VMAs goes is Beyonce, Rihanna and maybe Britney (we don't know for sure if she'll perform yet). I love Ari but I doubt she'll steal the show from Gaga. Same with the others.

It makes strategic promo tricky at times cuz theres only specific dates available She should book them in advance then

It reached Top 5, All In My Head (Flex) is better in my opinion, but It's almost in the Top 20.
