I learned a couple of things out of this analysis that I would have never put together and realised. I especially love how you put the interview snippets in. The first video is heartbreaking, when she explains her "fall from grace" (for lack of a better phrase). Reading this made me further understand the delays for her next pop album. I understand why she doesn't want to return to music, but I think that she should do what she wants to do, even if it's a jazz album, a rock album (which I'm totally down for), or another acting role. It will be interesting to see in some years if this break with Taylor changed the work she already finished for LG5 with RedOne months ago, the "new" LG5 with Ronson, jazz album. Some little things. Spoiler Venus video was never filmed. Troy left her, I think, november 2nd, one or two days before the youtube music awards, where she performed Dope. G.U.Y. was well received, however, it didn't have any major impact on the mases. ❝Is not blue, not turquoise, not lapis. It's actually cerulean❞. She put up with so much **** during that year from everyone, her team, the media, the GP, even the fans. All she did was try to create music that she loved and could share with her fans but people still tore her down for it. She didn't deserve any of it. This is why C2C and Tony are so important to her. They reminded her what it was she loved about music, and without Tony or C2C we probably wouldn't even talking about another pop album from her. LG5 is gonna slay. chromasine 5,439 Posted August 14, 2016 Share Posted August 14, 2016 I admire the effort that has been put into this (as it is very informative, especially for the newer fans) but I really think we should all let go of whatever has happened with ARTPOP. It was a mess, a kii, and a cackle, and no one really can know what has happened to its plans except for Gaga and Interscope. She spoke about leaving music, about being destroyed by 'the machine' (also check out Crevettes Films) even about dying, and people asked her about her coffin, gravestones and dying in space, A LOT! Which gave me MJ vibes. But we all need to remember that she mastered the art of Fame, she studied it for years before even becoming a star. She won't give us shaved head Britney moment when she fails... She knows the price of Fame, the amount of people following her every move and trying to manipulate her decisions. (once again the Crevettes Films and her speech before Judas during the BTW Ball) But nowadays I am really confused where she is going with her thoughts. She seems happy and that makes me happy too, but I can't put together things like breaking up with Taylor, performing at three massive events, preparing/scraping album(s), driving cars, being silent, announcing yet not announcing anything,.... really confusing and suddenly we don't know if she's happy/satisfied or not.
