Any fans of the Black Album by Metallica?  How has it held up after 25 years?

No doubt you’ve heard songs like Enter Sandman, Sad But True, The Unforgiven, Nothing Else Matters and Wherever I May Roam countless times on the radio over the years.

This was the first album by Metallica to introduce me to the group.  I was in middle school at the time.  Even at school dances they had Enter Sandman play.

This is my third favorite Metallica album after Master of Puppets and Ride The Lightning.  It’s just a solid album top to bottom with all the band members in good form along with crisp production.  It’s one of those albums that has songs that I’ll end up listening to the whole way through if I start to listen for a few seconds.

The album singles like the radio ones mentioned before help make the album great, but it’s also the album tracks like The God That Failed, Of Wolf and Man, Don’t Tread On Me, Holier Than Thou, Through The Never, My Friend of Misery, and The Struggle Within.

All classic Metallica has stood the test of time, start to finish.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

I never realized just how much I need Gaga to do rock like this. It would change my life :music:
